These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SIM, a digital education product developed by JOEL G DE OLIVEIRA LTDA ("we," "us," "our"), CNPJ 47.699.636/0001-37.


By creating an account or using SIM, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.


SIM is an AI-assisted educational application that helps users study by generating personalized lessons, explanations, and practice activities based on what the user wants to learn.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you are a minor, SIM should be used with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


SIM may offer free credits and paid credit packages. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider. Credit balances, refunds, and related billing matters are handled according to the policies of the platform used to make the purchase (e.g., Google Play), except where we are directly responsible for processing the payment.


You agree not to use SIM to violate applicable law, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to submit content that infringes the rights of others.


You retain ownership of the study requests, questions, and other content you submit to SIM. By submitting content, you allow us to process it as needed to generate lessons and provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.


SIM, including its design, software, and underlying technology, is owned by JOEL G DE OLIVEIRA LTDA. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use SIM as intended.


SIM is a study support tool. It does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or results. The service is provided "as is," and we work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, JOEL G DE OLIVEIRA LTDA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of SIM.


You may stop using SIM and request account deletion at any time through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


We may update these Terms as SIM evolves or as required by law. The date above reflects the current version.


These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
